MARKETING MANAGER

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing and advertising
• Ability to work independently and with a goal-oriented approach
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong written and spoken Lithuanian and English; additional languages are considered an advantage
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and advertising channels, including:
  Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva.

• Develop, maintain, and execute marketing strategies
• Manage, maintain, and strengthen brand positioning in Lithuania and international markets
• Manage and develop communication across social media channels (Izoton and Izoton Sport)
• Create sales-driven content and contribute to employer branding initiatives
• Create visual and written content (videos, photography, advertising materials)
• Develop advertising and representative materials for both digital and print channels
• Manage and update company website content
• Collaborate actively with different company departments and coordinate internal communication
• Organize and coordinate internal/external events and exhibitions
• Generate and implement new ideas and initiatives
