HOW TO RECOMMEND A FRIEND
- Contact us at +370 614 61238 or personalas@izoton.lt and provide the details of the person you are recommending (full name and contact information).
- Share IZOTON contacts (+370 614 61238 or personalas@izoton.lt) with the recommended person, asking them to mention that they are reaching out based on your referral and to indicate who referred them.
- Consent requirement: Before using the referral option, both sides (you and the referred person) must agree to share the information.
- You may recommend an unlimited number of people, as long as they meet all the criteria listed below.
CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- The recommended person must be at least 18 years old.
- The recommended person must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working on ships in the listed professions (exceptions apply*).
- The referral bonus can be paid only once per recommended person.
- The bonus is not awarded if the recommended person has participated in a job interview at UAB “IZOTON” within the last 3 months.
WHEN IS THE BONUS PAID?
You will receive the bonus when all of the following conditions are met:
- The recommended person meets the job requirements, participates in the selection process, is hired, and works for at least 3 months.
- The recommended person does not commit any severe disciplinary violations during the 3-month probation period (according to LR DK Article 58).
- The recommended person has not worked at UAB “IZOTON” within the past 12 months.
- The referral bonus is paid immediately after the recommended person successfully completes the probation period, except in cases where the employment relationship between UAB “IZOTON” and the referrer ends before the bonus is issued.
