PROJECT MANAGER

• Minimum 2 years of similar work experience (shipbuilding experience is an advantage);
• Higher education (Marine Engineering would be considered an advantage);
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand technical documentation;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Leadership and team management abilities;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to professionally represent the company verbally and in writing;
• Fluent English is required; Russian language skills would be an advantage;
• Good computer literacy;
• Fast learning and adaptability;
• Category B driving license;
• Ability to travel independently to project sites abroad.

• Initiate, organize, supervise, and implement projects abroad (business trips required);
• Evaluate project resource requirements;
• Build and manage project teams, plan staff rotations;
• Solve technical and organizational issues with clients;
• Ensure high quality standards across all project phases;
• Deliver completed projects to clients while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction;
• Manage project documentation and reporting;
• Monitor project progress and ensure achievement of set objectives;
• Quickly and efficiently solve arising challenges;
• Analyze project performance and present results.
