WE TOOK PART IN THE CAREER FAIR

We participated in the “Turime Tau darbą” career fair at LITEXPO in Vilnius. This final fair of the year reminded us once again what truly builds a strong team. This time, we didn’t examine CVs under a magnifying glass – instead, we chose real conversations about work, people, and what matters most in everyday life.

The event attracted significant interest: many candidates stopped by our stand, interested in the maritime industry, valuing stability, growth opportunities, and a team where people are the strongest asset. We appreciate the genuine conversations, thoughtful questions, and new connections that helped us show what it really means to be part of IZOTON.
